Yes, but the Kingdom can register things for a non-existant group that
wants to think about some day getting motivated and possibly becoming a
Principality. Well I assume you can transfer ownership from the Kingdom
to the new Principality.

This is part of why I brought up Provinces. I was hoping (of course
that's not always good in a beauracracy) that we would use them instead
of anything with Principality in it. I vaguely remembered discussions of
Crown Principalities in the past and their questionability.

As well, it wouldn't look as bad if we lost momentum as a Province
and failed instead of a Principality.

Too bad it's not allowed. *sigh*

This is while they are Incipient I assume.
