ANST - RE: Northern regional tribute

Oh, I forgot to mention that at Northern Regional Tribute, His Majesty
announced that there would be a tourney to chose the fighter who will carry
Ansteorra's banner at Gulf Wars.  I did not get all the details (I was
sitting near some noisy people in court), and I am not certain they are all
decided yet.  But it may be something along the lines of what we discussed
here.  Perhaps someone who was sitting closer to the front can fill in the
details.
