ANST - gibberish in my mail?

(OK, I know this is not the original message, but I think I deleted it by
mistake).

Maybe he is talking about the times when, at least on my software, it
says "This is a multi-part message in MIME" or something like that, which
means I can expect strange system mesages, the actual English, and then
really strange gibber-garbage.  I figure some of it would resolve if I
had more expensive softwear.
