I personally recommend Loreena McKennitt.  Her recent (I'm not sure if
it's her first) CD is called "The Book Of Secrets" and her song "Mummer's
Dance" was recently top 40.  Warning though - the version of "Mummer's
Dance" on the full CD is not what is played on the radio.  You have to get
the single version to get the radio version.  I believe she classifies
herself as neo-celtic.

There is also a CD put out by Narada Collection called "Celtic Spirit"
that is very pretty and is more in the traditional realm.
