my lady thank you so much....and now let me add this.
Something that I cannot say publically, but in the future may just do exactly
that.
In my Barony we have a special award given to the most chivalrous male every year
at Baronnial Bash. It is called the Ring of Chivalry. In theory it is susposed
to be given fairly, in fact it is given only to those males who are popular and
of the currently correct policitical regime.
The Patriarch of Kase Thunder, Lord Heinrich is continually nominated and
rejected. Nominated by us in Thunder for his wonderful chivalrous behavior and
rejected for politics and bullshit. NO other reason.
Another gentle appeared on the list of candidates after only being in the society
for less than a year. I was absolutely nauseated by his nomination. This person
originally ''hung out'' with Thunder until he realized that all would could offer
would freindship and ''family''..... he immediately jumped ship so to speak after
several of us
too exception to his judmental and unwarranted comments. This young man is Roman
Catholic and feels that any woman who marries MUST be a virgin and if not is
tainted [his word]. When >I< pointed out to Miguel that
I would have been out of the running from the git go as at 15 I was brutally
raped and had no choice in the matter of the loss of my virginity. He told me
that it was MY fault that I had let something like that happen....... we have
been on barely speaking terms since then. He set up Hank and Margie [heads of
kase thunder] as the ideal married couple who have a marvelous caring marriage
until he found out that hank and margie are NOT married..... It was right after
that that he apprenticed himself to the Kingdom art/sci officer Guiseppe, to soon
be the new Baron of Wyvernwood. He has been in the society far less than I, and
don't very little for anyone but himself and yet, this little twerp will most
likely get a ring of chivalry and already has an AoA .... go figger.
Also this same couple have been apprenticed to a Pelican for years. The amount
of service that Lady Marguerite an dher lord hav given to Trimaris is great, but
like me it shall snow in hel before she is able to put O.P. behind her name. I
do so find it highly amusing tho, to watch the look on others faces when they
discover that she has every award available to be given in Trimaris....and some
of the service awards twice over from two seperate kings.....
tis all politics down here.... oh well.

> hank you for allowing me to have
> my say,

oh, [blush] no I have to thank you...my opinions have not made me popular in
trimaris. At least I know somewhere that there are a few who think the way I do
and feel that awards and AoA's should go to the deserving, not the most popular.

> and I hope to meet you someday.

Gulf Wars? Where we Swamp Lords shall ........ grins..... I am Thunderand can
be found at the Thunder Camp waaaaaay out in BFE.

> Ly. Galiena Gruienstien (soon to be Kingdom Hospitaler)

Well congrats, or should I say sympathies.....now is the time to get
thatanswering machine you have been hankering for.......grins....
hugs and love
