The Stargate populace meeting is the first Monday of every month (unless
that falls on a holiday) at the Heights Public Library at 13th and
Heights Blvd in Houston. The populace meets at 7:00 pm to visit and get
any last minute items on the agenda, then the meeting begins at 7:30. We
are done by 8:45, and then everyone who wants to goes out for dinner,
usually to the Black-Eyed Pea or Jason's Deli.
