Squire is not an award, and carries no precendence or any other official
recognition.  It is an unofficial and customary position, the terms of
which are set by each squire and knight when the bond is formed. 
Centurion, however, is a grant level award for chivalric fighting in
Ansteorra.  As a grant, it is of equal predence with a white scarf.
