OK, here's one for you.  I know it gets down to semantics, but
here goes.  Where does a court baron/ess rank as opposed to a
courtbaron/ess who has sat in fief?  I had heard those who had
sat in fief were higher.
    Next question: what about in comparison to a court baron/ess
who has been a Palantine Baron/ess.
