Does the maintainer for this have to be the list maintainer? Or
if another individual besides Pug volunteered, could these questionable
messages be sent onto that person? Then they forward them to the
list if ok or trash them otherwise? Perhaps this could be setup to
be easily changed, then when the principle censor were off on vacation,
a secondary censor could take over. Yes, this would cause some delay
for a hopefully small set of messages but it would take some of the
load off of Pug.
