No, that's not wrong. But if you're trying to "burn fat" or lose weight,
you really need to elevate your heart rate for over 20 minutes, and do
it at least three times a week. (and modifying the diet doesn't hurt
either. There are 9 calories per gram of fat as opposed to 4 per gram of
protein or carbohydrate.) The 20 minute mark is supposedly (I refuse to
believe it's exactly 20 minutes for everyone) where you've used all the
readily available calories (the circulating blood sugar and the calories
stored in the muscles), and the body starts using the reserves.
