I've taken the check out that I disagree with the sendmail authors
about. We'll see if I can get them to change it in future versions.
Until then, I'll hack it myself. (Not like I haven't done that before.)

The suspect domains are back in, and being recjected *except* for those
people subscribed to the lists already.

There is a chicken and the egg problem here that someone has to be
subscribed before it will allow them, but this is being resolved with an
error message that tells them to contact me if they think the rejection
is in error.
