Ansteorra, Kingdom of (reg. 7/96) (Fieldless) On an Eagle displayed wings
inverted Or a mullet of five greater and five lesser points sable. (For
Order of the Centurions of the Sable Star of Ansteorra)

Translation: The Centurions have a gold eagle with a Black Star on its
chest. Normally, bird wings are spread out (displayed) with the wing-tips
going up about level with the bird's head. The wings for this guy are spread
out, but the tips down (inverted), like the way bat wings get drawn.
