ANST - sad news

[Cian Ross]

I got my red scarf (and that feels like more than long enough ago,
now) from Maelgwyn Dda in the court of Inman and Drusilla.  I remember
her as being a friend of the Rapier community, and more personally as
a very gracious lady who smiled on a very nervous young cadet.  I am
most sorry to see her passing.
