Bring as many people, "proxies", and comments (pro and con) to the meeting as
possible. We all need more information to make informed decisions...!

At the Regional Seneschal's meeting at Steppes the Kingdom Seneschal requested
that I moderate the meeting in my guise as Regional Seneschal...as this is the 
first "official" meeting on the Principality issue. Deputy Kingdom Seneschal 
Richard Fairborne will also be in attendance to answer any questions that I 
cannot.

As well... It seems to be time to think about a formal "Principality Formation
Committee" as well as the duties of such an entity. More at the meeting....
