Missile Competitions at Estrella War

There will be the Known World Target Archery Competition held between the 
top archers from all the kingdoms present.  The Archery Masterwork 
Judging will be held for the archery craftsworkers, makers of bows, 
arrows, etc, to display their skills and receive recognition.
