Good Morning Your Majesty,

  Let me say that this is one question that I asked of both TABC and
  ABLE. TABC stated in no uncertain terms that it is legal to transport
  home made alcohol for personal use.

  I have not yet heard from ABLE so do not know the status for Oklahoma
  yet.

  When I have a full write-up about the questionable legalities, I will
  make sure to include a Courtesy Copy for Your Majesties which will
  include the copies of the letters from the regulatory agencies.
