Some other things that are very helpful for the Crown to know with award 
recommendations is where the person is from, what events will they be at, the 
correct spelling of the person's SCA name for the scroll.  Once the Crown 
decides to give an award, they have to decide when and give the information 
for the scroll to the Sable Scroll.
