I have. As well, I've contacted the Texas Alcohol and Beveridge
Commission and the Oklahoma ABLE and Tax Commissions.

While ATF is responsible for Federal regulations, the others are
responsible for the state regulations in Ansteorra.

Unfortunately they can not. They do not keep track of this information,
or so the person who I corresponding with told me.

Btw, the information I found was presented at a Round Table at Laurel's
Prize Tourney. As well, the legal findings were sent to the Crown and
Seneschal's office for their information. I will be putting it up on a
webpage as well for all to find easily.
