One option comes to mind for those disinclined to wander the camps by
moonlight.
I recently watched, with amusement, a group of more than twenty people
wandering an event late at night, complaining there was nothing to do, nothing
going on.
They were a party waiting to happen and didn't realize it.
If a few bards sit and begin to share pieces, usually an audience appears in
time.
