And bringing a couple of total newbies.....

I have not been to any events myself since last Spring, but have the chance to
make this one next weekend.  My friend will join me in the morning, but her
boyfriend cannot make it 'till after 3 or 4.  When do classes end?  He would
be happy just to attend the feast and revel to meet some local SCA-ers and see
what we are all about.  

Question:  Should we go ahead and prepay his site/feast to reserve a place at
feast, that morning when us 2 get there?  Are you all expecting so many people
that feast might be a sell-out?  (Asking because I have arrived late at an
event before and found out that MANY more people had arrived than expected!)
Also, since his lady and I will probably be involved in a class or something
when he arrives, can I leave his name with somebody at troll to keep an eye
out for him, as he is a total newbie.....

Well, they have basic garb from Ren-Fair, and I can dig out extra feastware,
so they should be set.  Hope to have a good time, and hope they like what they
see and decide to start coming to events this Spring.
