While not an official document, this file in the SCA-INC section of
my Florilegium files has some useful information and guidelines:

                                       groups.

This file might also be of use:
recruitment-msg   (36K) 11/11/96    Recruitment ideas. bringing in new members.

In addition, if your group to be is composed of people new to the SCA,
they might find some of the files in the NEWCOMERS section of use.
