Vibrato is what happens when someone is singing with a relaxed voice. It is a
GOOD thing. A warble on the other hand is  bad thing and it means the person is
too tense and usually sounds forced.  A vibrato is very gentle and subtle.
Warbles are not.  They often tend to switch between two pitches that can be a
ful half step apart.
