Silo-flex is a "brand name" of an agricultural polymer pipe. There is a 
code on the pipe:   ASTM standard D-2239    This code will be printed 
directly on the pipe. 
The size requirements are: Not less than 1 1/4 inch O.D. and not less 
than 1/8 inch wall thickness. The interior of the tube will be filled 
from side to side with, at least, a 1 inch diameter length of rattan. At 
this time this material is for SINGLE HANDED WEAPONS ONLY.

Rattan is tough to insert into Silo-flex...one must use lots of "lube" 
to force the rattan into place...

Anyone can use it. "Silo-flex" comes in larger diameters too. Remember 
though, that the wall thickness must _always_ be at least 1/8 inch 
thick...!
