ANST - Authorized fighters

In preparation for Gulf War --to get the Kingdom's records of fighter
authorizations as up to date as possible-- the Earl Marshal has asked all local
marshals ((of each discipline)) to get the info from the fighter auth cards in
their group.  Date authed, name, weapon style, etc.., and forward that info to
the regionals or Kingdom levels. That way we go into Gulf Wars with the most
complete fighter database possible.
