I hope that your friend doesn't leave a forwarding adress then. Lousiana poilce
are unkind to people who do not follow up on tickets like they should. Even more
so then east Texas police. Plus I hope he doesn't EVER get pulled over there
again. They not only track numbers but names when calling in out of staters.
