Let me add my two cents worth...

    Mundanely I am Corrections Officer I  Robert Brown, Oklahoma State
Reformatory, Badge #1301.  I work around a lot of people who didn't pay tickets,
refused to show up for a summons(which a ticket is), or any mixture of the
previously named (by myself and others) offenses.  The main difference between
us, is at shift change I go home, they are there 24 - 7.
    By the way, none of them though they would get caught either.
