ANST - Drakes Arms... time important

Okay, guys... I've looked through all my pictures of Drake fighting and his
surcoat is always opposite his shield.  Is it 'sable and azure' or 'azure
and sable'?

Wishing Drakes heraldic dyslexia would clear up,
