then it should be the responcability of the autocrat to gather the 
information and send it out as a bundle. if someone has a question, it can 
be answered privately, put in a bundle, and sent out to the general public, 
say once a week, with a bunch of other information. this cuts down on a lot 
of posts, several times a day, on the same event.
of course, if all the information was sent out the first time the event is 
placed on the list, it will cut down on the questions people will have.
