ANST - Bardic Format at Castellan

Greetings

	The format that we will use to choose the next Bard of Northkeep is the same
format we have used the last two years.

	In the morning all the bards will meet and be given a number of tokens. 
Throughout the day the bards will challenge one another and wager tokens on
the outcome of the challenge. The challenge can be anything of a bardic nature
that the bards agree to, and the challengers will decide who will judge the
outcome of the challenge.  In the after noon we will meet again and count
tokens.  The 3 or 4 bard with the most tokens will be our finalist.  The
finalists will be givin a topic and 1 hour in which to compose a new piece on
that topic and perform it.  The winner will be chosen based on that
performance. 

	I invite all bards to come see if you have what it takes to be the next Bard
of Northkeep.
