right you are.  it was a segment aired on 60 Minutes (if memory
serves) back in '74 or so, of a SCA event held in NY's Central Park
that intitially caught my attention and got me interested in the game
.... hmmm armour, hitting each other with sticks, that really looks
like fun (g)
