Greetings and Hi There,

A range is open when there is a warrented marshal or his repersenative on
the range (this allows the range to continue in the event the marshaal needs
a potty break). When the range is open scores may be shot. If you feel
more comfortable in having someone else do your score, that's OK. You can
also count it yourself. Remember this is a honor society. Anyone who has
to pencil whip his/her score is our rhino hide equivelant.

For IKCAC, I often found myself and one other (usually Darcy) the only ones
on the range. It's very hard for one person to keep time and score at the
same time(since combat arrows don't stick in the target, they must be
carefully watched). So, what I did (and was later approved into the Society
level rules) was get a small tape player and record a timed firing sequence
from strat to finish. Thus, I created a always avaliable time keeper. If
you would like more details on the taping, I'd be happy. Same sort of thing
could be used so that the two archers on a IKAC range could both shoot at
once.
