OK, I totaled all the figures shown:

The grand total for 1992 was 922, with some groups showning no data.

The grand total for 1996 was 1559. (There is some kind of miscalculation 
somwhere in the 1996 figures.  Total 'family & assoc.' was 410 and total 
'sustaining' was 1149.  These add to 1559 but the 'kingdom total' shown on 
the web page is over 1600.)

The grand total for 1999 is 1551.
