 with more paid members. Now with #1 and #2 being static, it may be
 difficult to lower it much depending on how much is apportioned to each

Which isn't going to mean much to the Average Joe on the Street if he thinks 
that #1 + #2 + #3 + #4 + "whatever" is too much to pay.  Psychologically, we 
have to convince him that it's worth the extra cost to become a member.  
Right now, he doesn't think so.  The numbers bear this out.
