ANST - waterbearers

Hi

I was chief water bearer at last years Warlord.  I had a large number of
helpers that were under 15.  There did not seem to be a problem with
that, they did not, however, go onto the field.  They just watered the
gallery, I'm sure your daughter would not be turned away if she really
wanted to help.  There is always a need for water bearers, I was not
aware that authorization was required.
