ANST - Famous people in the SCA

Greetings from Aslyn:

I was witness to one of the most beautiful.....technical....fencing bouts I
have ever been privileged to see in my Scadian life about....ten years ago
in Stargate at a Queen's. Tomas was in a bout with Don Sebastian. Henry
Thomas had just returned from spending many weeks filming Valmont and
studying with (what I assume was) a stage fighting master. Stage or not, it
didn't matter: he had grown so tall and lanky since he was Elliott, and
*that* contrasting with that Shamino stance of Don Sebastian's...it was
something to behold.

They fought for all the marbles. Stance for stance...finesse for finesse.

And who won? Well...........*that's*...another story.

*g*

~~Aslyn
