Per friends in Caid and Outlands, a large nock made of plastic or rubber
does not cause the arrow to be useless.  The overall weight of the arrow
*is* increased, and we should probably up the poundage of bows slightly
if we use them - I'd prefer a slightly harder hit from bows, anyway,
just so there's no question I've been hit.
