Or better, don't identify the person, but identify the transgression so as
to alert all of us that such behavior will result in banishment. The rules
on banishment seem fairly enigmatic:

"Absolute banishment may only be imposed when the person has endangered
public health or safety, or disturbed the peace of an event in a manner
which would make it reasonable for the modern authorities to be called in
for assistance, or has taken actions in the course of performing official
duties on behalf of the SCA that would cause the modern authorities to be
called in for assistance, or has taken other actions that directly affect
and endanger the Society." (from the website:
http://www.sca.org/docs/govdocs200110.pdf )

By these rules, some might wish people who drum late into the night be
considered for banishment. It is a common thing for the cops to be called
on noise complaints. (Not by me, mind you, but there are some....)
