Mass E-mail consists of a notice that the latest newsletter is up on
the web site. No alternate formatting needed, any one who can access
the internet can read it. (Most Libraries can supply limited free
internet access). Or they can pay a subscription fee and get a paper
copy mailed to them. Or make a voluntary contribution to support the
web site. Or both.
All predicated, of course, on seperating membership fees from
subscription fees at the Corp. level.

While it has been argued that we shouldn't make it a requirement to be
a paid member to play, nothing says we can't strongly promote and
encourage paid membership.
