Okay...time for the dissenter.  I'm from Bjornsborg...what do you expect??  ;)

Prices for printing and mailing have not suddenly skyrocketed.  From what I
understand, the kingdom or auctions have been supplementing the Blackstar for a very
long time.  Somehow, the Kingdom has not gone broke from this.   In the last five
years, I've noted that the Kingdom is requiring an increasing percentage of profits
from groups hosting Kingdom events.  In addition, now the groups will be paying for
one of their two event announcements per year.  In the "big picture" of how much the
kingdom is bringing annually (considering both income and outgo from Gulf War, events,
misc expenses, etc), is the Blackstar really causing a significant drain on kingdom
resources?   Is it hurting the Kingdom to supplement the Blackstar?  Do we HAVE to
make the Blackstar self-supporting?
