a great filter plant that absorbs minerals from the oceans - pile it
on the land and it helps recharge necessary crop depleted minerals,
eat it and you add those necessary minerals back into your physical
system.  we keep several dried varieties from the oriental grocery in
our pantry for soup seasonings
