The heralds don't register kingdom regalia, so the plaid Laure Anne designed
is not "in the heraldic process."  It's a kingdom plaid if the crowns say it
is, or if lots of people in the kingdom start using it.  It is black and
gold, and quite distinctive.  I've got the sett (somewhere!) but see Laure
Anne, Signy, or Charla for the samples.
