[Ansteorra] Membership woes

I pay the membership fee for my 2 children (even though my son rarely
attends right now because of fall & spring soccer) for ONE reason. I DO
NOT have to sign waivers for them at every event they do attend if they
are members. Its that simple. Its a time saver.
