I would just like to reiterate what HL Darcy mentioned about not joking with
the guards at the gate of Fort Hood.

   Trust me when I say that if you JOKE about having bombs or contraband,
expect to be made to unpack your ENTIRE vehicle in a parking lot very
quickly.

   (I found out the hard way, and I'm an Active Duty Captain in uniform..)

   Some of them are great soldiers who can take a joke, and some are just
great soldiers.  I'm not a gambling man.
