[Ansteorra] Texas flooding

I know that the primary flooding is in the Bjornsborg and Ffynon Gath
area's. Bryn Gwlad got pretty damp, but nothing as serious as it is
south of us.

It will not affect coronation since the flooding is quite a bit south of
there.
