[Ansteorra] Texas flooding

While it did rain here in Middleford, the event site is fine.  In fact
should it rain during Coronation, unless you are camping, the only time
you'll get wet is going to and from your vehicle.  The hall, the fighting,
and the merchant area area all under cover.
