I seemed to cramp up less after drinking the Gatorade stuff (don't really
like it but won't refuse it if its cold). Nurse/wife says it's the potassium
in it that stops the cramping so I used to carry a bottle of potassium
tablets and salt tablets when I was into the fighting stuff.
