I agree completely.  I guess my point was that events like Laurel's prize
gives artisans a chance to come together with a "flock"<G> if you will of
other artisans.  I find it nice to have an event where the focus is the arts
instead of the sideline so to speak.  That's the problem with asking
everyone to bring their things to Crown.  I'm afraid the artisans would be
tentative about displaying because the focus isn't necessarily the arts, but
the tournement.

Of course you do:)....you have given me wonderful advice many times on
research and philosophy.  I have always appreciated all the wonderful
Laurel's and artisans willing to share what they know in our Kingdom.

I do have to admit tho, on a more practical note, I am concerned about
hosting an event that may not be attended<G>We are a small shire with very
little money available to loose.
