[Ansteorra] Archery Authorization

Believe it or not, but once apon a time I was in the U.S Army.  I was a
soldier of 10  years and served in several differant units.  One of those
units had a motto that kinda stuck with me, "Deeds Not Words."

Now there's another saying I hear from time to time in the SCA, "If it isn't
in writing, it didn't happen."  Sorta means the same thing, don't it?

So...Understanding that there have been certain technical difficulties.
However, can one expect to see the new draft of new rules before the Spring
thaw comes?  Been waiting at least 2 years.
