When you terminate on journey you can always start a new one. Terminal
is fine :) Peerages are the termination of one journey and the
beginning of a new one.

I have come up with an alternative to Terminal level.

First off I may be old but I am not dead yet. That is how I feel when I
see
terminal. It also give one the perspective that if the person is at
terminal
level why bother doing anything more. As well as the person watching the
idea
that there is no need watching that person or sending in recommendations
they
are at terminal level and can't do any better.

I think Plateau would be better. We are all familiar with the term and
know
we can get past a plateau with hard work and others know it as well.
