It most definitely is *again*. The problem I had was I was in a rent
house when I started brewing and got a good yeast base going, then
moved to another rent house and then finally moved to the house I
bought. It takes time for you go get a consistent yeast base in the air
and you still have to worry about other airborne nasties. (I had one
batch that had a nice blue thread through it once.)
I've got a good yeast base going which means you don't leave anything
fermentable out for long. Be that juice, milk, fruits, etc.
